Campaign Story
One of the truest things we know about love it that it multiplies. Our love holds multitudes of dreams. It makes room for flourishing. We envision stewarding a family rooted in the love that has brought us together. We dream of a family where all humans are invited to be loved and celebrated exactly as they are.
We’re giddy imagining a tiny Calgeo baby that will soak in all the love we have to offer and multiply it into something more. We don’t know all the details of how this baby will come into the world but we know we want it to grow in Mer’s body and we know for certain we will be the luckiest to get to hold and adore and walk alongside this human.
We’ve met with a midwife and are in the process of considering a few options including embryo adoption as well as IUI and IVF. Regardless of which route we go, the road to conception will be expensive (not even counting the actual birth expenses). We’re so grateful for the community around us that has supported us and cheered for us to chase our dreams. It feels right to invite all of you into contributing to this dream too.
